Diagram 1 - Structure of an Artificial Neural Network

This diagram showcases the in-depth structure of a simple neural network which consists of input layer, hidden layer and output. The inputs are dispensed in the input layer which then travel with a coefficient "weight" to the hidden layer which consists of  a neuron that sums the input layers with their weights together and is multiplied by the activity function which are the set of rules that the neural network has made in our to produce an output at the final stage.

Based on Rosenblatt’s perceptron, the simplest version of an artificial neural network has three layers of neurons. The first is the input layer which takes input values ,which in other words is data. This first layer of neurons is connected to the “hidden” layer. The outputs of these “hidden” neurons are then connected to the final output layer.
